Ingredients:
- 2–3 ripe mangoes (preferably Alphonso or Kesar).
- 1 tsp cardamom powder (optional).
- A few saffron strands (optional).
- 1 tbsp fresh cream or malai
- Sugar (as needed)
Instructions:
- Soak mangoes for 15–30 minutes.
- Peel and chop them into pieces.
- Blend to a smooth pulp.
- Add cardamom and saffron (if using).
- Stir in fresh cream or malai.
- Add sugar if the mangoes aren’t sweet enough.
- Serve chilled or with puris!
